Agreement

These terms govern your use of forgeova.com and of any ForgeOva application you are given access to, including internal tools ForgeOva uses to run quoting, orders, fulfillment, and invoicing. Use of the site and applications

• Use them for legitimate business purposes only.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt service, or interfere with other users.
• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute our content or software without written permission.
• Where you are given account credentials, you are responsible for keeping them secure and for activity under your account.

ForgeOva applications and connected services

ForgeOva operates internal business applications that connect to third-party services — including Intuit QuickBooks for invoicing and accounting — to create and manage records for work we perform. Access is granted to authorized users only. Your use of a connected third-party service is also governed by that provider’s own terms.

Quotes, orders, and payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and are not binding until confirmed in writing. Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Invoices are payable on the terms shown on the invoice — Net 30 unless agreed otherwise. Late payment may pause work in progress.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and ForgeOva’s software and branding belong to ForgeOva. Drawings, specifications, or materials you supply to us remain yours; you grant us the permission needed to use them to fulfill your order.

No warranty on the site

The site and applications are provided "as is." We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not limit any warranty given in a signed agreement covering the goods or services we supply.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ForgeOva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or applications. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid ForgeOva in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, and the courts of Portage County, Ohio have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date.
