What this policy covers

This policy explains what information ForgeOva collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It covers forgeova.com and the internal business applications ForgeOva operates to run quoting, orders, fulfillment, and invoicing.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name, company, email address, phone number, and anything you write in an enquiry or email to us.
• Transaction records — quotes, purchase orders, job details, invoices, and payment status for work we do for you.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type.

forgeova.com does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To answer enquiries, prepare quotes, and agree scope and price.
• To fulfill orders, coordinate with our fulfillment partners, and keep you updated.
• To issue invoices, take payment, and keep the accounting records the law requires.
• To maintain our own business records and meet tax and reporting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as far as they need it:

• Google Workspace — email and document storage.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Intuit QuickBooks — invoicing, payments, and accounting.
• Fulfillment partners — the details needed to produce and deliver your order.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are kept while they may still be useful, then deleted. Transaction and accounting records are kept for as long as tax and business-record rules require — generally at least seven years.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Email cs@forgeova.com and we will respond.

Security

We use reputable hosted providers, access controls, and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

ForgeOva sells to businesses. Our site and services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
